This policy applies to all information collected or submitted in the Long Ago app for iPhone, iPad, Mac and any other devices and platforms.

Our stance on Privacy

Your data belongs to you, this is our core principle. We do not collect data about the activites you track on your app nor any personally identifiable information.

If you opt-in to share data with developers through Apple we receive anonymized data about the app usage. This data is used to improve the app and is not shared with any third parties.

Information we collect

Long Ago collects anonymized through Apple’s built-in metrics system. This data includes session dates, crash reports, device type and locale.

No personally identifiable information is collected by Long Ago or sent to any other third parties. All data you enter and track in the app is stored on your device and iCloud account. We have no access to view your data.

During Beta Test you may choose to share detailed logs with the developers through email. This is completely optional and you can choose to remove this data from the report before sharing it.

How we use this data

Anonymous crash reports are used to identify and fix bugs in the app.

Other metrics might be used to understand how the app is used and improve the user experience and prioritize features and localization efforts.

Download counts and metrics might be used for marketing purposes.
