How can I complete an activity?
You can either:
- Tap the acitivty card on the home screen. Then tap the Checkmark button on the detail page.
- Swipe left on the activity card on the home screen. (You can customize the swipe action in the settings)
- Long press on the activity card on the home screen. Then tap the “Mark as done”.
How can I complete an activity with a specific time?
Either:
- Tap the acitivty card on the home screen. Then tap the clock button on the detail page to set the time and complete.
- Long press on the activity card on the home screen. Then tap the “Mark as done on…” and set the time.
- Configure swipes on the settings to complete with time and swipe on the activity card.
How can I reorder my activities?
You can reorder your activities by long pressing on the activity you want to move and then dragging it to the desired position.
You can also use the “Sort” button on the top right corner of the activities list to sort them by last completion date or name.
How can I track the specific time I completed an activity?
By default activites won’t track the time you completed them, only the date.
If you want to track the time you completed an activity, you can enable the “Add Time” option on the editor screen for the activity.
How can I set notifications for my activities?
On the editor screen for your activites (either when creating or when editing an existing activity), you can set a reminder notification by tapping on “Add Alert”.
You can have multiple notifications for the same activity.
Each notification can be set to send after a certain amount of time has passed since the last completion of the activity. You can also set the time of the day when the notification should be sent by tapping on the clock button.
How can I set a goal for my activities?
On the editor screen for your activities (either when creating or when editing an existing activity), you can set a goal by tapping on “Add Goal”.
Goals are set in terms of completing the activity at least once every certain amount of time. You can set the goal to be every number of hours, days, weeks or months.
How can I delete an activity?
Long press and select “Delete”. You will need to confirm deletion before it is removed.
You can also add a swipe action to delete activities in the settings.
How can I reset an activity data?
In Settings > Data, you can reset one activity data. This won’t delete the activity but will remove all the completions.
This action is irreversible.
T-Rex Club Membership
How can share my T-Rex club Membership with my family?
You can share your T-Rex Club Membership with your family members by using the Family Sharing feature on the App Store.
To set up Family Sharing, follow the instructions on the Apple Support page.
From your family members’ devices tap on “Restore” on the T-Rex Club Membership screen to activate the membership if it’s not activated automatically.
Data & Privacy
Can I import my data from other apps?
You can import data in the same JSON format that we export.
We are working on adding support for importing data from other popular apps. If there’s one in particular you’d like us to support, let us know at support@longago.app.
Can I export my data?
Yes.
You can export your data from the app settings page: Settings > Data
. Your data will be exported in JSON format.
How can I delete my data?
You can reset all your data from the app settings page: Settings > Data
. This action is irreversible. This will remove all tracks.
To remove activities you have to do so individually.
What data does Long Ago collect? Can you see my data?
Long Ago does not track you or collect any data about your activities. All data is only stored on your device and iCloud account. We cannot see your tracked activities nor any identifiable information.
